Details
The Ruby Doos have taken the long road and paid their dues. Starting out doing guest spots at local acoustic nights then support gigs with UK and American touring artists leading to headline and festival shows. Musically their sound is all about harmony with lead singers Annie and Sarah front and centre with Steve (Guitars / Banjo) and Neil (Bass / Mandolin) picking and grinning. All sing and contribute to a sound that is classic Americana. A rare acoustic show from Dawson along with his new partner in crime Malcolm Watson. Dawson is well known as frontman and songwriter in Leicester blues /roots/ Americana band The Dissenters and Malcolm is the new guitar player in the band. Expect some new songs written in lockdown and some Dawson favourites from his albums and as always a few well-chosen classic covers.
