Details
The Wang Dang Doodle is a love affair with rhythm n’ blues - pure and simple. Led by Laurent Mouflier (harp & vocal), who has collaborated in the past with artists such as Ronnie Wood, Mick Taylor and The Pretty Things. Francesco Cuturi (Drums) has performed around Italy with a jazz big band as well as a rocking blues formation and finally Simon Pires who is a well known musician on the London music scene. The Wang Dang Doodle goes live using some of the finest blues musicians around with one purpose only, to bring back the rocking blues vibes of those Mississippi juke joints into the mainstream. Live performances always finish with the audience up on their feet, clapping and generally having a great time. Representing London in 2016, The Wang Dang Doodle won the rising battle of the bands as organised by the Hard Rock Café. They have played many places since and are now focused on spreading the Wang Dang Doodle rocking blues vibes all throughout Europe.
