formed in Leicester in 1977. Thier first gig was at the (then) Leicester Poly Arena in front of a thousand drunken students convinced the Sex Pistols would show up and play one of their infamous secret gigs. They got Wendy Tunes instead. And they weren't happy! Their 4 song debut saw them being glassed (well, plastic-ed) off but it was the start of a 2 year journey into pop punk that saw them get signed to Indy labl, Zilch Records and start recording an album at The Who's studio in Battersea, Ramport Studios. The album never got finishedand the label collapsed as did the band. Short lived but well loved. NOW in 2011 they are back to relive those heady days of their youth. Their re debut gig is June 10th 2011 at The Donkey!! Original members Gaz Birtles, Mark Fowler and Martyn watson are joined by Newmatics bassist, Pierre Vitari and original drummer, Phil Birtles' nephew, Jordan Birtles on drums!
Support comes from 3 Sharp Pins who formed out of the ashes of the Wendy Tunes split. Drummer Phil and guitarist Mark teamed up with 'Sticky' Bob Grant  and John Southgate to play original guitar instrumnetals. This leicester cult band are getting back together for this one off appearance. Not to be missed!
