Pallas are a rock band from Aberdeen in Scotland. They first rose to prominence as part of the progressive rock revival of the early 1980s, alongside contemporaries Marillion. Signing to EMI's Harvest Records, they recorded 'The Sentinel' which is still regarded by many as one of the zeniths of 80's prog.

The band was dormant throughout much of the 90's, but resurfaced in 1998 with a new album 'Beat the Drum' and a new label, Inside Out. From that moment to this the band has maintained steady progress releasing regular albums and DVDs, as well as a parallel schedule of archive releases. After another comeback in the late 2000's, the band are back once more.

A new album 'The Edge Of Time' features mixes of their back catalogue and their current line-up consists of Paul Mackie (vocals), Graeme Murray (bass, 12-string, taurus pedals, vocals), Niall Mathewson (guitars), Ronnie Brown (keyboards, vocals) and Colin Fraser (drums, vocals).
