Details
Brandon Allen is a saxophonist and composer, originally from Perth, Western Australia and having relocated to London in 2000. Since arriving in the UK, he has worked with many well established artists (Eric Clapton, Paloma Faith, Jools Holland, Neil Diamond among many, many more) and groups/ensembles as a saxophonist of considerable renown, busy as a session musician working in a variety of musical settings. He is an accomplished jazz composer and arranger, writing for other artists and for his various jazz groups including tonight's quartet. His compositions have been used for film, TV and production music and his distinctive saxophone sound has been featured on film soundtracks including "Alfie"(2004) and "The Look of Love" (2013).
