Now entering their 18th year, The Moderators came together out of a mutual love of old Jam Singles, Fred Perrys and Pork Pie hats. Touching all bases of the music they love, from skanking to the sounds of Two-Tone to grooving to the cool of The Small Faces, The Jam and The Who, finally touching down to the might of Motown and Stax. The Moderators play all of this with a fire and skill that can only come from a genuine love of the music and the enjoyment of seeing a whole crowd bouncing up and down like kids at Christmas.
