Based in Derby, England, The Slowdown Boys have being playing their unique blend of Bluegrass, Old Time and Early Country music for more than 15 years. We’ve all played and loved this music for so long, in all its different styles – old-time, bluegrass, country, western swing, blues and ragtime. The band have played hundreds of venues and festivals in England. It’s the feeling the music gives that matters to us and we don’t want to lock ourselves into one way of playing this music, we just want to enjoy it for what it is and we hope you do too.
